As time is limited, we don't work with just anybody. We currently only work with indie country acts that we personally believe in. By choosing us as your Manager, we will scour the country searching for the best original material for your debut CD, we will help you find the right studio, promote you through our many industry contacts as well as our own radio show, Country Dreams, and teach you that most of what you know about the music industry is probably wrong!

Years ago, major record labels used to "sign" you, develop you as an artist, pick and choose most everything for you, and they'd foot the bill. These days everything has changed. Now YOU are responsible for developing yourself, your fan base, and your sound...and YOU pay for it. The major labels only want you after you've demonstrated that you can sell music, tickets, and merchandise. Only then will they come in and take a piece of the action, what's commonly called a "360" deal.

You need a manager that can help you find original music, put a band together, get radio airplay, and set up your business the right way. In this day and age of the internet, most of these things a manager can do for you from his office, meeting face-to-face only a couple times a year to start with. As you get further along with your career, your manager will take a more locally active role, bringing in a Business Manager and a Tour Manager as well.

And let us clear up a few misconceptions about "Managers". Managers are not booking agents, although we will help you hire one when the time comes. A manager will advise you and guide you as you begin your journey, he will help you as you get your backing band together, he will be the "bad guy" middleman that deals with promoters and record labels, and will help get you what you deserve.

The best part is your Manager works for the industry standard of 20% commission, so you don't pay him anything out of your own pocket! Your Manager's success is based on your success, which is another reason why we only work with those we truly believe in. If we agree to work with you, then you know you have something special!
